RETURN POLICY -
You must notify us within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise if you would like to return it. Returns for undamaged items must be made within 5-days of receipt.
Special Order Merchandise purchases are final.(Merchandise which is out-of-stock and has been special ordered for you).
We reserve the right to charge the customer for any additional charges incurred in delivery due to incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
Halloween items may not be returned after October 15 of the year they were purchased.
Damaged Merchandise - PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!
All merchandise is inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping. All packages are insured for the full sale price of the items shipped.
1. All claims for broken, defective or damaged merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
2. Keep damaged items, carton and packing materials. The parcel carrier may need to inspect these items as part of the claims process.
3. Call customer service at 315 488-1224 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assist in the replacement or refund the cost of the damaged merchandise.
4. Once you report the damage to us, we will claim damages with the carrier.
5. If no replacement is possible, merchandise and shipping cost will be credited or refunded.*
* SALE ITEMS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED will not be replaced with the same item if that item is no longer on sale.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging with a copy of your email order confirmation or packing slip for an exchange or a refund. Please notify us in advance via email to email@example.com. Include your order number in the subject line of the email and tell us the reason for return. If the merchandise appears to be used and not in its original condition we cannot accept exchanges or returns. We only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.

We make every effort possible to make certain that all item prices listed are accurate, but unfortunately, mistakes occasionally happen. In the event that an item's price is posted incorrectly, we will notify you of the error and give you the option of cancellation or paying the correct price.
LOST OR STOLEN DELIVERIES - We are not responsible for loss, damage or missing contents that occurred after our delivery provider has delivered to your designated address.
